My name is Miffy Hoad. I am a Personal Growth Coach, specialising in Mental Health & Wellbeing.
I support you through adversity and beyond. The coaching services I provide empower you to take action and make choices that support, nurture and energise you to live aligned to your most authentic self.
Who I serve:
I serve you, when you are feeling stuck and disconnected from yourself. You have experienced trauma and adversity, burnout and stress, emotional and mental distress and know there is more to life than suffering. You are proactive in pursuing your personal & spiritual growth, a seeker and soul searcher, and want to live as authentically as possible.
How I work:
A coaching session with me is a safe space where you are seen and heard, can safely explore difficult emotions and experiences to gain insight and awareness; supported with radical compassion and non-judgement; empowered to make choices and actions that support, nurture and energise you.

My approach to coaching is to meet you where you are and collaborate with you to get behind the story to the crux of the issue; to help you live mindfully, stand in your truth and own your power.
I believe we are here to live beyond our suffering and to flourish, living as fully into the truth of who we are as we can.
The coaching space is a place for you to safely explore what is going on for you; to gain insight into what it holds for you and make empowered choices that align you with your highest potential.
It is appreciative and solution focussed, drawing on the principles of personal growth, positive psychology, reflective practice, mindfulness and energy management.
Coaching Program - 4 sessions @ 75 mins
Structured Individual Coaching Program
You will learn ways to manage stress and improve your wellbeing using straight forward tools and techniques.
Each session builds on the last, focussing on themes such as Activity, Mindfulness, Connection and tools that promote wellbeing.
You are empowered to develop your own personal wellbeing program that can be revised at any time using the resource pack provided.
